Description
This is a really cool last of the early-70’s type SG-100 in a rare 1 pickup form like a Junior in a well patinated all original see-thru Cherry Red finish. Its dot inlaid rosewood fingerboard feels great & its neck profile is very full size & comfortable. Its got 2-tone 2 piece mahogany body w/a 3-piece mahogany neck w/a large volute. Its headstock has Gibson’s famous gold logo w/a set of factory 3-in line Kluson tuners. It’s loaded w/1 potent chrome covered dog ear P-90 pickup. Its front mounted control plate & black pickgard looks great. Still retaining its original bridge w/its rare engraved bridge cover & black witch hat knobs. Replaced pots w/the 2 originals in the gig bag. This SG has been played in a bit over the years & is a great axe making it the perfect slide player. Overall she’s excellent having no repairs w/a delightful patina & comes in a nice gig bag.
