1978 Gibson Firebird Reissue

This is a rare 2nd type of a ’64 Firebird III w/a Reverse Body using original type Gold parts such as banjo tuners, tunamatic bridge and stop tailpiece, w/2 mini Humbuckers that look, play, sound and feel just like original reverse body ones costing twice the price. Its original Black finish is in very cool showing some lots of play time & enjoyment. Its pearloid Dot inlaid ebony fingerboard is over a 2 piece Mahogany neck w/no volute w/a 3 piece body. Its loaded w/2 factory pat.# Mini Humbucker that sound amazing. She’s sporting what looks like an original thin black pickgard but most likely replaced but look really Boss ! She has her original pots dated to sometime in 1978 but hard to read. This is a great guitar for that guy that wants to enjoy it for the next 47 years ! She’s a truly a cool original w/plenty of vibe & patina & comes w/its original black/red lined hard case.
