1980 Gibson Les Paul Custom Lite

This is a very cool & early production 1980 Gibson Les Paul Custom Lite w/a thinner body depth for a lighter guitar. Its black finish all over looks like a normal Custom from the front but it actually is 1 of the 1st of its type w/a thin body (w/o a contour body on the back like later models) to save weight. Its block inlaid ebony fingerboard has perfect original frets & nice Gold hardware all over. Loaded w/factory installed Tim Shaw Humbucking pickups w/its Pot Codes dating to the 8th & 45th weeks of 1980. It’s got some light wear all over yet still remains amazingly beautiful. Overall she’s excellent overall & comes in its original black tolex/red lined hard case.
