These DX-7’s are on so many hits for many decades. They have a tone like no other keyboard. Donald Fagen played one on most Steely Dan projects from the early 80’s to early 90s.. A big upgrade from the classic DX7, the DX7-FD features durable push buttons as opposed to the temperamental membrane panel, a floppy disk drive for increased patch storage, and higher fidelity bit-rate!
