Description
James Goodall has been around since 1972 making great guitars originally from San Diego, California. He was also working from a shop called American Dream Guitars in Lemon Grove along w/Bob Taylor & Kurt Lustig whom eventually took over the shop to open Taylor Guitars. Once James went solo, his workmanship exploded & the Flat Top World knew who he was. This stunner is a Grand Concert model & was very special ordered. It’s 1 of James’ best builds using all of their best offerings including a Master Engelmann Spruce Top & wild Brazilian Rosewood. It also had a Baggs pickup installed when it was new in 1988. The full build of this BRGC is verified below by Jean, Mrs. Goodall & today has an outstanding list price of $24,900. in 2025. Now priced at a fraction of that amount. It’s in excellent shape overall having no cracks, just some weather checking all over. It comes complete in its original hard case.
