1995 Fender Stratocaster & Blues Deluxe "Moto" Set

This is a very rare & early special ordered Custom Shop Stratocaster & Blues Deluxe Combo set in a rare 2-tone Sunburst finished “Moto” finish. Its figured Maple neck is birdseye’d beautifully, pencil dated June 1st, 1995 w/its spaghetti logo & vintage style Kluson tuners. She’s also sporting a single layer solid white pickgard & back plate. Its loaded w/3 potent cloth covered pickups w/pots dated to 1995 (can’t read them). She’s a feather at only 8 lbs. w/wammy bar. This example pre-dates any of the 250 #’d White Moto sets sold by the Custom Shop & all of those had matching guitar & amp serial numbering. This was special ordered perhaps to display at the NAMM Show during this early Vince Cunetto period & made w/far cooler ’57 Reissue Vintage features as compared to the plain Jane parts used on the White Moto Strats. Both this Strat & Amp are absent of  any serial #’s which I guess could be called a matched set LOL. No COA ever & could be a true 1-off set. Sold new thru the St. Charles Guitar Exchange in Missouri & was ordered w/its early use of its experimental White Acetone Pearloid covering but Sunbursted a la 1957. The Pine Cabinet of this Blues Deluxe amp was made to be a perfect Sunburst match w/the wildest figured Mutha-o-toilet we’ve encountered. Its got a few touched up chips from its 26 years of age, but overall she’s pretty darn clean & sounds like Heaven ! Patti luvs this set & wants the set on proud display in our home. $Not For Sale.
