2013 Crews Maniac Sound V-King Korina '58 Reissue

This is a very sweet & extremely limited production Replica of a 1958 Korina Wood Flying V made by their custom shop of “Crews Maniac Sound” in Tokyo Japan in 2013. This has got to be the best reproduction we have seen outside of Gibson’s own late production over recent years. Its # 10 out of just a handful made & feels better than most of these Reissues made in the States. Its natural Korina wood construction is spot on & nicely grainy & figured. Its loaded w/2 powerful K & T “Full House” hand wound Humbucking pickups w/nickel covers & sport the correct gold Kluson tuners & tun-a-matic bridge. Its white pickgard looks perfect as it should. This limited edition also has a very desirable “Brazilian Rosewood” fingerboard that only this small production run has. This V-King Replica from their “vintage line” is a real standout great axe amongst any competition & now sports an actual Gibson Logo just for fun. The axe is light weighing a scant 6 lbs. 4 oz. & plays & sounds incredible with great low action. The grain of the 2 piece Korina body halves have really nice figuring & is reminiscent of the originals. This one looks the part ! Signed on the back of its headstock in gold w/its serial # & its special K & T pickups as no standard version of this V-King has all of these special details. Its truly near mint overall & comes in its original V shaped hard case.
